A fintech startup accelerator wanted to gather feedback to improve its program for future matriculants.
Working closely with the accelerator's sponsors, as engagement lead, I developed an interview guide to use for feedback gathering. Then, I interviewed 9 startup founders from all corners of the U.S. who graduated from the accelerator, probing on key experiences at acquisition, during the program, and upon graduating. My final analysis revealed that the program generated strong appeal due to its affiliation with a well-known sponsor, but could improve in its ability to provide hands-on support in market execution and investor pitch preparation. The accelerator is now working to implement my findings to enhance its next generation program experience.
